Yora Fragrance House shipping and returns policy — delivery times, costs, and how to return unopened products within 30 days.
Domestic Shipping
Standard shipping is free and typically arrives in 5–7 business days. Expedited delivery takes 2–3 business days. Allow 1–2 business days for processing.
International Shipping
International shipping is available to select destinations and typically takes 10–21 business days. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the recipient's responsibility.
Order Tracking
A tracking email is sent after shipment. Contact Yora if tracking has not arrived within three business days.
Returns
Unopened products in sealed original packaging may be returned within 30 days. Email yoraofficial@outlook.com with the order number. Approved refunds are issued 5–10 business days after inspection.

Custom DNA blends are made for one customer and are final sale and non-refundable.
